- 6+ years of progressive experience in software testing and test automation.
- 3 to 5+ years manual and automated web application and native mobile app (iOS and Android) testing experience or software quality engineering experience.
- 3+ years service-oriented architecture (SOA) testing (SoapUI or alternative): XML, Java, .NET experience.
- 3+ years enterprise QA Processes experience.
- 3+ years Agile and Waterfall development methodologies experience.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze requirements, develop a test plan, develop a test strategy, create and execute test cases, track defects and report results.
- Previous experience in enterprise scale testing standards.
- Must be able to communicate technical and business related concepts to people of diverse disciplines, with varying degrees of technical experience
- Working knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile Development concepts
- Ability to gather and organize data, develop testing strategy, and to analyze, interpret, and formulate sound conclusions and recommendations
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team oriented environment using sound judgement in decision making
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication with strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Organized and detail oriented, able to effectively perform multiple/concurrent tasks within deadlines in a dynamic environment
- SQL testing, representational state transfer application programming interface (REST API), and continuous deployment experience is a plus
- Financial or Banking background is a plus
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, MIS, Engineering or related field preferred
